The staff was highly professional and location was beautiful. Enjoyed Buttermere, the hotel was respectable. Also, walking to st james' church was easy, as it took only 5 minutes. I slept so comfy in the big bed. The service was impeccable, totally satisfied.

Depressing views and Wi-Fi was bad.

I loved that place, the balcony was lovely. They made my stay exceptional. Room was modest and vintage and the bathroom was luxurious. A secluded beach, fancy view. Individual service with fine cooking.

there was an exceptional breakfast, and traditional decor. everything was 10/10, i really enjoyed cathedral view from my superior twin room. the staff was positive, whenever i needed help. overall a fabulous stay, outstanding value.

Had EXCELLENT staff and food. Their chef rocks! We appreciated the amenities, such as an iron, a TV set and a sitting area. Moreover, free Wi Fi was available.
